If you are keen to check out the studio, we would be more that happy for you to pick up your book & say hello. Once you receive payment confirmation, your book will be ready to pick up. To ensure proof of purchase, please ensure you bring your receipt of payment. Pickup can be made during 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Because we are nice guys here, any book purchase made within Australia includes all postage costs. All postage to Australia is via Express Post Satchel. This ensures we can keep track of every delivery item at any stage of the delivery.
Each express post satchel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. Parcels are collected from our location by Australia Post twice a week and are taken to the nearest Business Centre for dispatch. Here, the parcels are checked and a scanned-in. This will usually happen the evening your parcel is shipped.
Once the parcel has reached your local delivery centre another scan will be logged. The local parcel contractor in your area will attempt to deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel a pick up card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office from that afternoon.
